Term fees policy

Enrolment with Red Studio will be accepted on the condition that your term fees are paid in advance of the term commencing.

If enrolling after the term begins, payment must be received within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

A re-enrolment may be declined if you have outstanding fees.

Term Fees are non-refundable and failure to pay can result in the loss of the student’s enrolment position.

Additional Fees will apply for Exams, Shows and some Competitions.

When online enrolment is completed, an invoice will be processed from Xero and sent to you with details of your class selections. Fees are inclusive of GST.

Changing classes at any time will not incur any changes unless there is a discrepancy in the term fees..

Red Studio timetable and term fees are subject to change without notice. All fees are GST inclusive

Red Studio follows school terms which are usually 9 - 10 weeks. Dance studio terms can vary between 7 - 10 weeks.

All statutory holidays and school holidays are observed in calculating the fee structure. Where classes fall on statutory holidays, no make-up classes or refunds are given.

Your privacy is important to us, sometimes we may take photos or videos of our students at classes or event in order to promote Red. If you don't wish to appear in any promotional material / social media platforms, please let us know via email: info@redstudio.co.nz and we will ensure your privacy is protected without exclusion from any events.

By enrolling with Red Studio you are confirming that you accept the T's & C's.

No refunds or make up classes are given for missed classes due to overseas travel, family holidays or birthdays etc.
- Refunds may be granted due to illness, injury or bereavement only. Medical certificates may be requested.

Circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

There will be no refund of term fees if a student leaves a class after the first two weeks of term. Parents must email the office info@redstudio.co.nz with details..
